Zoom Car — Refund not Initiated even after one month | |
I have cancelled my booking on 28th apr and as per their page refund initiated on same day. Today june 6th still now i haven't received my amount. I have called their customer care every time i'm getting response like we have issue with payment gateway and it will be resolved in 3 days and your refund will be processed in next 24 hrs. I called 6 times to get my refund and i didn't receive still. This is my very first booking on zoomcar and i never book again in future. Was this information helpful? | |
