My booking : JPS6NJU9K was cancelled due to lock down on 25th March.
I was assured, that there are no outstanding charges and I'll receive Refund of full amount, i.e. Rs 7, 459
Whenever i am inquiring about my refund - they just reply the same message again and again
"We are sorry that the refund is yet to be processed. Please be assured, the refund will be processed on Priority."
I am waiting from last 6 months and yet they just send the same response.
