[Resolved]  Zoom Car — refund not initiated for the fuel

The booking id jps66iad6 was completed on 1st nov 2019. The booking was done including fuel but when i picked up the car the fuel level was too low. So i filled the fuel and continued the ride. I submitted the fuel bill after completion of the booking and uploaded it zoom car app. But it wasn't refunded till now. It's been a month i completed the booking but the amount wasn't refunded yet.

I wasn't aware of other bill to be uploaded, there was no instruction given prior to the booking. And atleast by looking at the fuel level we come to know that I have filled the fuel. Its really sad to hear such response from Zoom car. Expecting a better service.
