[Resolved] Zoom Car — Refund not issued on promised time and rude service | |
I have booked car from zoomcar 3 times. All three times they don't get or give the car at final moment and give some lame excuse. When I call the customer service they mostly talk like a goon with rude attitude. After a fight they will give resolution to drop an email or that they will arrange amln callback but response will not come. I want the refund ASAP. And I want the refund of supermiler subscription which I paid and it not yet started, because I can't be using their service. It's clear these guys are looting money and not proving fair service Was this information helpful? | |
