Booking id : jps6npqi5. Refund amount : 2863 Date of trip-end: 13 jun 2020. Now a days, zoom car receiving many refund related complaints. Unfortunately i'm one of them. My refund amount is not initiated. Have followed up with zoom car so many times, every time they provide a false tentative date and not processing the amount. To zoom car: Hey zoom car, i'm sorry for registering this complaint. You have helped me lot before, i'm really don't want to register this complaint. I can understand, in this pandemic there is shortage of funds. But i have waited so long, and your customer support is not reachable, so i have no option else. Request you to process my refund.
