Zoom Car — Refund not processed for more than 60 days and no response from company | |||||
Booking id - JPS6NBLTC- We booked zoomcar in the month of December with fuel charges. As per the company policy any fuel refilling charges made by the customer will be refunded within 30 days. But it is more than 60 days now yet the refund amount was not processed. The customer care cannot be reachable as you cannot reach customer care without active booking. Iam not sure how to reach out to the company. Not sure how i get back my money. Looks like Zoom car fraud. My humble request is to process my refund and give my money back.
