[Resolved] Zoom Car — refund not proper | |||||
I have booked a car in zoom.in hurry i din't take my original driving licence. When i have reached parking lot i have provided xerox of my driving licence. Zoom agent has not accepted my xerox. He informed that with in 5 hours if i don't pick up the car. The amount would be refunded back is what he informed. Now i see a message saying 0 rs refunded. This is worst. And the customer care number is of no use. I have tried atleast 100 times to contact and failed. Now i am not interested in leaving this matter here. I wanted to take this to consumer court. Verified Support Aug 01, 2017 Zoomcar Customer Care's response Dear Prasanth, Greetings! We are sorry for the trouble caused. We always intimate our customer to bring their original driving licence to pick the vehicle through SMS and email. In the case of any damage or accident, we will be unable to claim the insurance, hence, we are strict about validating the licence before handing over the vehicle.
