[Resolved] Zoom Car — refund not provided for car booking | |||
I had booked a car 1 month back . Until now i have not been refunded the money. There is no costumer support available. Very bad experience with zoom car.they have my 4000₹ which they are not refunding. Moreover the car they provided was very dirty from the inside. I had booked a car with fuel but they gave me a car with very less fuel and the fuel amount has not been refunded. Trip id is JPS66SQLS. Was this information helpful? | |||

We are sorry to know that you have not received the refund. Upon checking, we see that due to some technical glitch the refund was not processed, we have now created the refund through IMPS. An option stating "Get Refund" shall get highlighted under the respective booking ID in your application within 24 business hours. Please click on the option and add your bank details on the landing page. Once you click on submit, the amount shall be instantly transferred to your bank account. Regards, Ramya. S | |||
