[Resolved] Zoom Car — refund not received after a month | |||||
We had booked zoomcar in july, i requested them to provide me refunds in my bank account, they messaged me saying you will receive an email with a link where you can give your bank details, but almost a month has passed neither i have got any email nor my refund in my account. Tried calling them but customer care no doesn't have option of speaking to the executive. Was this information helpful? | |||||
