Zoom Car — refund not received and no response from zoom | |
My booking id: jps6nya5m I made a payment of 5479/- and in that 3980 are charges and 1499/- as security deposit. At the time of vehicle handover fuel was just 2 points and we made tank full (Paid 2020/-) As we booked zoom car, due to breakdown we faced lot of challenges on the road. We are around 120km from hyd but zoom were not able to provide any breakdown support zoom should think about this. As discussed at the time of breakdown zoom car representative informed they refund my full money in very less time but till today after many followups i received only 1499/- security deposit. We booked car 04-jun-2020 till today no proper response i am keep on trying to reach customer support but no use. Was this information helpful? | |
