[Resolved] Zoom Car — Refund not received even after said time period | |
Hi I booked a car in zoomcar for a week and paid full amount but due to covid situation I have to cancel my booking, still I haven't got my refund money back.. Same happened to my brother as well he also didn't get his refund for almost 45 days after cancellation. My booking Id : JPS6N1MYS and amount 9310 Booking Id :JPS6NKMTY and amount 8063 Tried reaching support but no luck.. Just computer voice. But I am getting calls from zoomcar for ZAP subscription.
