[Resolved] Zoom Car — Refund not received for cancelled booking since 16tg May 2020 | |
I had cancelled my booking on 16th May 2020 and despite multiple calls to their customer care zoomcar has not refunded my booking amount that was paid through card. Its more thn 1.5 months and their policy states refund within 5-7 working days. During lockdown not a single day zoomcar has stopped fresh bookings then why delay in refunds. They are sitting on customer’s money. Request please look into this Was this information helpful? | |
