Hi team, It's been approximately 2 months when i cancelled my booking but still didn't get my refund. Lockdown is also settled now and offices are opening in the country. Everytime i mail the zoom car team, i always got the false timelines to wait for 2-3 weeks from more than 2 months. It's been such a pathetic customer experience from company like zoom car and it's too much frustrating now. Could you please provide my refund asap. Was this information helpful? | |
