[Resolved] Zoom Car — refund not received from zoomcar after so many days | |
I've not received my refund. Booking idjps66yhs4 Nobody is replying to my mails, it shouldn't have taken more than 15 days but zoomcar once again failed to keep their promise. Definitely not gonna book again. Just process my refund. All i got was a mail saying that i've successfully completed my trip when i enquired about my refund amd now all my queries are going unheard and are not replied back. We did check the booking and see that the refund was not released due to a technical issue. We see that the refund is released through IMPS and you have received the amount.
