[Resolved] Zoom Car — refund not received from zoomcar

I have completed a booking on 10th may 2019 and till now i haven't received the fuel refund from zoomcar i have been mailing them and calling them regularly the refund amount is rs3664 i don't know where to call or whom to ask for help, i request zoomcar to please see to the issue and resolve it as soon as possible

Upon checking, we see that the IMPS transaction was failed, therefore, we have rejected the same and we have processed the refund back to the source account, we request you to wait for the TAT of 5-15 days so that the refund will reflect in your account.
