Zoom Car — refund not received, its been around 2 months | |||
I canceled my zoomcar booking (Booking id jps6nksya) on 15th april 2020 due to lockdown. I got the refund processed email on 16th april 2020 (Screenshot attached). As per the policy (Which says that amount will be reflected up to 15 days), i waited for 20 days and till now i haven't got a refund. I have emailed them many times but they are not providing me any reasonable response. This is my very bad experience with zoomcar. Was this information helpful? | |||
