[Resolved]  Zoom Car — refund not received jps66ibok

Zoom car is yet to initiate refund with respect to booking id jps66ibok, which was cancelled by zoom car on account of damaged vehicle provided by them.

Despite several remainders and assurance from their end, i am yet to receive complete booking amount refund to my source account for the cancellation. Attempts to reach their customer service is also failed as the ivr options do not provide feasibility to talk to their officer for refund related issues.

I am hereby requesting you to address this gross negligence from zoom car and see to it i receive refund along with satisfactory compensation.

Greetings!

We did check our records and see that the refund was not processed due to a technical issue. We have rectified the same and released the refund through IMPS. You can initiate the refund by selecting the option " Get refund" in the application under the respective booking ID post 24 working hours.
