Hi this is srinivas from bangalore. I have booked a car for 9th july. My booking id is jps6n1gbc. And i have canceled the booking before 20 days. But still my money didn't refund. And i have written an email and tried to call customer care number and waited for 2 hours call didn't connect. Is this the service you provide to customer. Pls look into it and refund immediately.
