[Resolved] Zoom Car — refund not received, no response from zoomcar | |
Booking id - jps6fbfuv I completed my booking on 18th march. Today is 6th april and i haven't received my refunds yet. It's been 18 days and the refund is not processed this is just insane. The worst part is the customer care executive won't talk to you, as soon as you press the button to talk to the executive they will disconnect your call. They didn't give me a satisfactory response on the email as well. Before booking, i was skeptic of zoomcar as general people didn't hold good reviews about the company but i still decided to continue. I had a satisfactory experience with the car, but they failed to in the aspect of dealing with customer refunds. There is not even a point of contact. I will wait for a couple of days more, after that, i will have no choice but to register a complaint on the national consumer helpline. Was this information helpful? | |
