Zoom Car — Refund not received over a month | |||
I have canceled my trip on 29 may 2020 and till now i haven’t received my security deposit. The policy states that the amount will be reflected within15 days but it been over a month now. I have never received this kind of problem with zoomcar. I have been calling them after the 15 days and every week they say wait till the weekend but nothing happens. Now they have removed the option for refund related queries in their toll-free number too. Also, i have emailed them many times but they are not responding to me at all. I'm facing money problem because of the whole situation. I didn't accept this from zoomcar at all. Was this information helpful? | |||
