[Resolved]  Zoom Car — Refund not received since 1.5 month

I had booked zoom car and completed my journey on june1 2020.
But till now I, e. july19 2020, I have not received my refund of rs.3909. I kept calling them multiple times, they kept telling to give them 2 weeks times.
Even an email thread was going on refund, but now they r neither calling nor responding to the email with appropriate content.
This is my first time experience with zoom car.
I request you to take an action so that I could get my refund
