Zoom Car — Refund not received till date

I had booked a zoom car on 28th april 2020 and cancelled the same in 29th april 2020. My booking id was jps6n1m2y.. I hafe been continously following up with zoom car executives on phone since first week of may 2020 but they are just giving excuses for not issuing the refund of rs. 7, 892/-. Sometimes they say refund will be issued by 17th may 2020 when lockdown will be released partially.. Sometimes they say there are payment gateway problems and refunds are getting rejected and by anyhow refund will be issued by 1st june 2020.. Now they are saying that management is not clear when they will issue the refund..
I am really frustrated by this behaviour and the management is purposely holding the refund back.. I have called a dozen times.. The intentions of the management doesn't seem fair..
