[Resolved]  Zoom Car — refund not received... zoomcar is pathetic

I have completed my trip on 28th march 2019 and till now i haven’t received my security refund amount back. The policy say that amount will be reflected upto 15 days and its already 3 months. Worst service i have ever seen. Very poor experience. I have called and mailed them many times but they are not providing me any reasonable response. I'll never recommend zoom bar to anyone. Pathetic people.

I am having the same problem and even after when i checked with the bank they haven't received it.
