[Resolved]  Zoom Car — refund of 3999 not received

Address:#126NN, "SHAYARI" , NISARGA NANDANA, nisarga layout ,, Bannerghatta- jigani road, bannerghatta post, Bangalore, Karnataka, 560083

I had booked a car MH14GD4372, swift in mumbai on 3rd Dec 2019. I had paid 2999 Rs as deposit, and paid 1000 Rs for the Deisel.
So the total amount to be repaid is 3999 Rs, it's been two weeks and I haven't gotten my refund back and I am not able to contact the zoom car.
It just shows the refund has been initiated for past 2 weeks, but I have received nothing.
