[Resolved]  Zoom Car — Refund of booking amount

With reference to Booking ID: JPS6VK93Q, the booking was cancelled 24 hrs before the travel and the balance amount Rs.18, 590[Rs 18, 790(booking amount)-Rs. 200(cancellation charges)]is still not transferred to my account. Its been more than a weeks time that its cancelled. I have been calling the customer care guys almost all days and they have been giving false promises of transferring the money. This was my first booking on Zoom Car and the service was BAD. There were 2 complaints registered and even after that no action was taken. I want my money back as soon as possible.
