[Resolved] Zoom Car — refund of close to rs.20000 pending since one month! | |||
My refund of rs. 20000 against varipus booking ids is pending since my cancellation. This was due to multiple cancellations that i had to make since zoomcar was advertising home pickup drop but didn't honour that agreement once i booked the car, so i cancelled it. I called up zoomcar and they promised to resolve the issue last week but they have not yet responded. Now even their ivrs is not giving the option to talk to customer executive!
