[Resolved] Zoom Car — refund of fuel charges | |||
I have booked a car, booking ID: JPS6XFXPJ for a duration of 20 hrs from 3 AM 12th Oct, 2019 to 11PM 12th Oct, 2019 and the charges also included fuel also so as per the policy i[censored] had filled fuel in the car the fuel prices will be refunded. As i got the car with nearly empty fuel tank i had to fill fuel for worth ₹2000 and i also had attached the bill in the app but i haven't recieved the refund amount till date it been 40 days i have tried contacting zoomcar 5-6 times through mail but u haven't received any replies. I am attaching every picture and bill of the fuel Was this information helpful? | |||
Dec 23, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Nov 22, 2019 Zoomcar Customer Care's response Hello Alby, Greetings! We are sorry as you have not received the refund. Upon checking, we see that the refund was not released due to a technical glitch. We have rectified the same and released the amount through IMPS. You can initiate the refund by selecting the option " Get refund" in the mobile application under the respective booking ID post 24 working hours. Regard Wasim Zoomcar | |||
