[Resolved] Zoom Car — Refund of my cancellation amount | |||
Hi all, I have booked a car with Zoom car and got cancelled on June 01 and till now I haven’t hit my money refunded . When ever I try to call the customer care they are saying that it will be refunded soon, what is the time frame for soon? Is it months or even years, seriously this is a big fraudulent scam which is going on . They think after 10to 20 follow ups we will give up and they can nicely enjoy the money . I don’t have words with me to express how I feel now such a irresponsible company. But they are very well trained to say a single word continuesly “Sorry”.. Was this information helpful? | |||
