[Resolved] Zoom Car — Refund of Rs 32.5 K pending for more than 60 days | |
Zoomcar was running a promotion with zero cancellation refund. I made a booking and cancelled it later, Booking ID JPS6N1GCT. For this booing I paid Rs 32, 503 which is not refunded since 01 May 2020, when I cancelled it. Customer care number they have is a paid one where no one’s answering and on top of it they are running zoomcar campaign. Even when we mail them it’s of no use.
