[Resolved] Zoom Car — Refund Pending for almost 2 months | |
Hi, Such a unfriendly environment this zoom is creating here? totally messed-up with the service zoom is providing. Its been Almost 2 months that i have been pending with refund amount and this is not for a single ride but for 5 Rides almost nearer to "8k". I just want to ask Zoom management about this- If you are incapable for providing refund for customer then why you guys will take amount? however you removed the advanced amount now then what about the previous pending refunds.
