Zoom Car — Refund pending for more than a month

Refund of a cancelled booking pending for more than a month of amount 7109, worse part is there is no communication from company and there is no way to reach out on phone, never reply to emails, even a mail to ceo is pending for a week now.
Was a regular customer to them but this is my last ever booking with this company.
