[Resolved]  Zoom Car — Refund Pending - JPS6N5ZTU

I cancelled my zoomcar booking on 2nd Jjuly. I was told refund will be processed in 7-14 days, i've been calling and sending emails repeatedly regarding refund but all i get to hear is wait for 24-48 hours, even after talking to supervisors, they had said same which is not processed yet. I don't really understand why is it taking a lot of time even after giving more time than requested.
