Zoom Car — Refund still not received from zoomcar | |||||
I had booked a car rental for 10 days on the zoomcar app. Due to lockdown in the country, i had canceled the booking according to policy and expecting a full refund of rs 10865. The cancellation was done on 28th march 2020 and they messaged on the app that refund will be processed in 10-15 days. It has been nearly 3 months and still, refunds are not returned.
