Zoom Car — refund taking months | |
I cancelled a booking worth 7247 inr on 2nd may 2020. Booking id :- jps6n1hwe I completed another booking on 18th may with a refund pending of 4581 inr Booking id :- jps6n1ed9 In total, an amount of 11, 828 inr is pending from over a period of 48 days. (15 days are max, they say) Now, i cannot reach the zoomcar customer service number since 20th may. If i call the customer service number from my registered mobile number, the call does not connect. So after that i used another mobile to call on the customer service number where i entered my registered mobile number to get a call back. As of now, even this is not happening. If i enter my registered mobile number, they say "the number is invalid". So, first of all, for more than a month and half, a refund worth approximately 12k is pending, and now i cannot reach the customer service in any manner? They for sure have blocked my number now. Because from any other number at least the call connects. This is very infuriating and if i don't get a response soon, i will be forced to taka a legal action. Was this information helpful? | |
