[Resolved] Zoom Car — Refund to be received from Zoom Car | |||
I have travelled to Trivandrum Kerala from Kochi kerala on May 5th 2020 by taking a zoom car for rent from Kochi. I have dropped the car on Trivandrum on the same day. I was informed to pay a security deposit of Rs. 3000 before taking the car during the time of booking and was informed that the amount will be refunded to me once I drop the car in Trivandrum. Also I was informed that the fuel charge will also be refunded. I have filled fuel for Rs. 700. However I haven't received the total amount of Rs. 3399 with a reduction of Rs. 300 as a drop down charge by them. I have followed up with the Zoom Car Kochi Manager, Mr. Krishnan. He assured that the amount will be credited in 7days. Till today I have not received the amount. I have even contacted the customer care but they are not giving a proper response.
