[Resolved] Zoom Car — refund - worst experience | |||||
I took zoomcar on 26th january, 2019. I gave back the car after the drive. There was no accident and any other problems. I submitted the extra billings as well. It has been almost a month since i finished the trip. I am yet to get the refund amount and the bill which i submitted. There is no response from the zoomcar customer care support as well. They have a worst customer care response ever. It is the worst experience and it is my first experience as well. Was this information helpful? | |||||
