I have cancelled my zoomcar booking on 8th may' 20, and each time i have tried to contact them via phone calls / emails, they have kept me awaiting for 2 weeks/3 weeks etc. It's going to be almost 2 months now and still i haven't received my refund amount yet. The covid-19 situation has badly affected the entire world and it's very inconvenient for me as a huge amount of my money is being stuck here.
