[Resolved] Zoom Car — refunds disputes | |||
Case:1372148 I needed refund in my bank account and i was told the same from your side on zoomcar phone call support. Now no one is hearing to me just computer generated emails are being recieved. Why you all are doing as such. Worst services. I will never use zoomcar again and will never ever recommend to anyone. The zoomcar company is a big liar. I was told that 876 will be deducted from zoomcar credits and 1461 will be credited in my bank. That's why i have cancelled my booking. Now why zoomcar is not staying on its own wordings. This is so bad you are destroying your customer's trust on yourself. I was the regular customer of your company but now i can never ever rely upon you. The customer support has misguided me. We are sorry for the disappointment caused. We did go through the booking and see that you have made the payment using the credit. Hence, the refund of 876 has been initiated to the credit.
