I have many refunds pending from zoomcar. Its been so long and when ever I call their customer support, they always say 2 more weeks to resolve a technical refund issue. I am not sure what is the technical issue which is taking months for them to resolve. Mean while my money is stuck with them for very long time. Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Aug 22, 2020 Zoomcar Customer Care's response Hello User, Greetings! Due to certain unforeseen situations, we are unable to process the refund for the booking as of now. However, we are already working on this and the refund for the remaining bookings will be processed at the earliest. We request your patience in the interim. Please tell me how long does these unforeseen situations can exists and on what basis are you guys holding the customer money for this long. You guys simply holding my money without providing any service(as it is a cancelled booking for which you promised instand refunds) for this long. What kind of a company is ZoomCar ? Your support team is pathetic. When ever we call, they say only one thing. Sir, we regret your inconvenice, please wait for one week for the refunds to get processed. If someone takes your money with the promise that they will give it back and when the time comes, if they give silly reasons and avoid the payment.. what should we call them ?
