[Resolved] Zoom Car — refunds still not received | |||
Dear team, We had booked a car from Zoomcar App on 15th of June and completed the journey on 16th. Booking id JPS6BVRN7 We were supposed to get the refund of rs 2552 after 15 days of the journey completion. Its almost more than 3 months since the journey and the refund has still not been received. Oct 4, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Had to put up a lot of emails to the support. Calling them was of no use.
