[Resolved] Zoom Car — Refund/unnecessary charges | |||||
I booked zoom car on 27may timing 9pm to 7am booking ID JPS6TU6HJ with in 15 mins I cancelled it and I pay Rs 6110 and they refund Rs 5000 not full amount.i Call and talked with customer care they told this is our deal we refund only Rs 5000 not deal amount.. What is this rubbish policy they makes us fool..this is my first and worst experience with Zoomcar. Please refund my whole amount or Rescheduled my booking I'm first time user of zoom car.
