[Resolved]  Zoom Car — regarding pedl

Dear team,

I took a pedl cycle from savitri bai phuke udhyan pune. When i was done with my trip i realised that the cycle lock lever was broken, hence i am unable to lock the cycle and end the trip. Now zoom car is adding on outstanding amount to my account inspite of me leaving the cycle at a pedl station. I tried locking the cycle but couldn't and it was a wastage of time also. There is no proper customer support to contact. Cycle no.
