[Resolved] Zoom Car — regarding refund still not credited

I've booked zoomcar on 17th june using a debit card and I paid a security deposit of 3000 which was supposed to be returned within a week which didn't happen and then my card was blocked due to some other reason and this refund amount didn't get credited into the account. It's been almost 3 months and I've been sending mails to zoomcar support and didn't get any valid reply and the customer care number doesn't work. We did have a check and see that booking is without a security deposit. Hence, we have not received any amount as a security deposit. We request you to check on the same under "My Booking".
