[Resolved] Zoom Car — regarding refund still not credited | |
I've booked zoomcar on 17th june using a debit card and I paid a security deposit of 3000 which was supposed to be returned within a week which didn't happen and then my card was blocked due to some other reason and this refund amount didn't get credited into the account. It's been almost 3 months and I've been sending mails to zoomcar support and didn't get any valid reply and the customer care number doesn't work. I'm not at all happy with the way this company is working. Resolve this issue as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |

We understand your concern here. We did have a check and see that booking is without a security deposit. Hence, we have not received any amount as a security deposit. We request you to check on the same under "My Booking".
