[Resolved]  Zoom Car — reimburse

Dear team,
I would like to convey that i had booked a car on 7th may 2018 for the duration of 6 days and eventually made the payment of rs 17570. But while uploading the documents it was not taking my documents as i am a french national.
So, i cancelled my booking due to inability of zoomcar to take my documents.

I was informed that i will get the refund of rs 11285 only.

It means i was levied with the penalty of rs 6285, which is a huge amount.
You are requested to kindly arrange for refund of my penalty amount as it is not my fault that you are not accepting my documents.

I need response early so as to avoid me to go legally with zoom car. For your information i have still not receive the balance 6285 inr. If it is not done asap i will be obliged to engage the french embassy lawyer to solve this issue

We understand your concern here and we did check the above issue. We see that you have cancelled the booking from your end and you are billed as per the policy.

As the charges levied are valid, we will not be able to reverse the same. Also, we have mentioned in our FAQ section that we do not accept the International driving license - https://www.zoomcar.com/mysore/faqs#2
