[Resolved] Zoom Car — rented refund amount not received from zoom car | |
I have completed my trip on 29 may 2020 and its been 3 months now that i haven’t received my security refund amount back. The policy say that amount will be reflected upto 15 days. And i also had called the customer care but they said they will initalize the refund amount in 2 to 3 weeks but still haven't given me the amount back. Now when i am calling the customer care they say that as i have made no booking so will not be able to talk. Worst service i have ever seen. I dont know why it takes too long for refunding amount. Very poor experience. I have email them many times but they are not providing me any resonable response Was this information helpful? | |
