[Resolved] Zoom Car — security deposit not refunded since 19 days | |||
I took a trip on 11 december with this dreaded company. I was supposed to receive my refund of the security deposit by the 23rd of december. It is already 29th today and i still haven't received it. This is the worst car company. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They don't have proper customer service and don't reply to my emails (Just a standard reply). This is a lot of hassle, hope that i get my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||
