[Resolved] Zoom Car — service failure to assist customer when in need | |||
I had booked a ride with zoomcar with booking id jps6242q4 after making due payement. During picking the car i tried unlocking the car after inspection then i got a message that there is network issue with car. Then i tried calling customer care. But there was no option yo speak to sutomer care and like this rried all optipns listed in app as well as website. Nothing worked. I coudnt cancel the trip as well as app didnt allow me to make fresh booking. I was left un attended and all efforts to reach them was not responsive Was this information helpful? | |||

This company is fraud they say something and do something for a small dent this company needs 10k. When the work is only for 4K cheap [censored]ers.After that they dnt have a proper response from coustomer care Also and the exicutives are Dum people only want money.
