[Resolved] Zoom Car — service faults | |||
I booked a cycle 101844 stationed at my office location & used it for around 15 - 20 minutes, but unable to end trip stating parking is full and end trip at some other station, which also shows the same message. I am being charged for 2nd 30 minutes ride as well. Could you please assist in ending the trip. Kindly have look on issue and help resolving on priority. Was this information helpful? | |||

I used cycle for 15 minits and not able to end trip its 16 hours now and it’s still deducting my Money. There is no any other help desk to resolve the problem. No reply for mails . There is no head office to contact or any custom cair no..
