[Resolved] Zoom Car — spare tyre was already missing still damage charges applied | |||
I had booked zoomcar on 12/05/2019 and my booking id is jps6bg0z8. The spare tyre was already not there when i received the car still zoomcar is applying false damage charges against me. I am supposed to get refund of ₹4680 and the company is asking me for 4000₹ of damage charges outstanding. What a cheat and fraud company. Checked this website and there are thousands of fraud cases against zoomcar. Was this information helpful? | |||

The issue was not reported during the vehicle to pick up about the spear the missing. The charges have been confirmed after a thorough check.
