[Resolved]  Zoom Car — Stealing the customers money and taking ages for refunds

ZoomCar service is the worst option to go for. They aren’t reachable when the customers need someone to be answerable for their money related queries. They only know how to steal from people and don’t bother to refund the money. I’d highly advise not to use this car rental service.
I haven’t received my refund for more than a month now, its been 40 days now and still I haven’t received my money. If I call customer care people, they act like jerks and don’t give any legitimate resolution. They are highly trained on telling lies to the customers & behave so unprofessional, it feels like talking to some roadside uneducated hooligans.
Its useless to talk to such jerks, it would be better to switch to some better car rental providers, Driveazy is way too better than ZoomCar.

Hi Zoomcar team,
I booked POLO(Petrol) with Booking ID: JPS6N16AP, Booked for Date: 24th May.
Its so ridiculous to see that I can still receive promotions from you guys to book cars through Zoomcar but when I called your customer care team for refunds, every time you guys made a lame excuse of Corona situation, for not refunding my money. Now it's exactly been 3 months. You should feel ashamed of yourself for robbing customers even during such tough times of National Crisis.

Is it going to take another couple of months to check for the refund status? Its almost been a month.
Then I'm sure, you will take this whole year for processing the refund.
Is that how you provide service and does it take ages to work on the bookings done by the customers?

Apparently ZOOMCAR team is least bothered about the refunds, they are busy stealing from new customers and try to befool them.
Does it take 5 months to refund the customers money?
You guys are disgusting and ridiculous to the core.
