[Resolved] Zoom Car — Stealing the customers money and taking ages for refunds | |
ZoomCar service is the worst option to go for. They aren’t reachable when the customers need someone to be answerable for their money related queries. They only know how to steal from people and don’t bother to refund the money. I’d highly advise not to use this car rental service. I haven’t received my refund for more than a month now, its been 40 days now and still I haven’t received my money. If I call customer care people, they act like jerks and don’t give any legitimate resolution. They are highly trained on telling lies to the customers & behave so unprofessional, it feels like talking to some roadside uneducated hooligans. Its useless to talk to such jerks, it would be better to switch to some better car rental providers, Driveazy is way too better than ZoomCar. Was this information helpful? | |
